Our Founder & CEO

Mrs. Angela Ikpeama, BSN, MPH

Mrs. Angela Ikpeama is the Founder and CEO of the Gabriel Hart Foundation. As a breast cancer survivor, her journey inspired a mission rooted in faith, compassion, and service.

The foundation was created as an expression of gratitude to God for His faithfulness and as a tribute to the lasting legacy of her parents. Together with her husband and family, Mrs. Angela is committed to ensuring that no woman faces breast cancer alone while also serving individuals and families experiencing hardship.



Having experienced both personal challenges and God's grace, she is passionate about offering hope, encouragement, and practical support to those navigating breast cancer, poverty, and life's unexpected trials. Through the Gabriel Hart Foundation, her mission is simple: to remind every person they are seen, supported, and never alone.
